Im very excited about July! Two words that I'd use to describe this month are passion and depth. Many people experienced an intense inner growth spurt in May and newfound strength into June, which brings us to an incredible month of clear conscious choice here in July. I love the degree of consciousness in people these days; it's extraordinary. Sure, there's a lot of negativity around us. The flip side is that now, more than ever before, people realize that they have free will. You have a choice not only to look at fear and negativity, but to see the higher side of each situation you encounter. After getting through a tough first part of the year, you can use that knowledge to keep you moving even higher. You are able to make clear choices to witness, play a part in, or walk away from situations around you. July feels full of this conscious strength, what I'm calling passion and depth. You'll be able to use your spiritual strength to manifest greatness for yourself and others. As a whole, we're now sensing life like never before, and experiencing an increase in intuition globally. Now, on to the letters!
I've noticed that many of my friends and family, myself included, are sort of purging their lives of relationships and people that are not satisfying to them/us. In other words, we are all sort of waking up to the fact that some people we keep in our lives aren't really the friends we always thought they were, and are breaking off longtime relationships. Is there some sort of "relationship housecleaning" movement in the air? Conflicted
Good question, and nice job on your awareness. We are all going through a spiritual detox of sorts. When you make changes inside, you will always notice the effects outside as well. When one becomes more conscious, one is able to "see" more clearly in your case, your pattern of relationship. Being conscious of ones patterns is a wonderful thing. In your situation, it looks like you've been taking note for some time of the people around you. I'm getting that you second-guessed yourself in the past over this situation. It looks like intuitively you knew something was off, but didn't know exactly what it was. When you're in the midst of your patterns, it is hard to see outside them. The best (and simplest) thing to do is to sense yourself: Do you feel nurtured by the situation in that moment? Doing that will automatically develop your intuition. Seeing life from both your intuition and your mind will help you to make higher choices. It's nice that you're starting to nurture yourself more now than ever. When you work on yourself and raise your consciousness, it gives people around you the choice to move higher as well. It's a tough thing to walk away from past relationships, but you should know that it does free their energy up to make clearer choices for themselves.
I've been suffering from depression off and on for years. Can you tell me the issues I need to deal with, or is it just genetic? Time for a Cure
The pattern of depression you want to address is genetic, yes, but it is something you are able to control. You're making a good first step by looking at it now. Genetics are basically patterns in the mind that are repeated over generations. People think similar to how their families think, so it makes sense that they would carry certain issues and even ailments with them from one generation to the next. Addressing them and letting them go puts an end to a genetic pattern. That's where you're at. The energy on the planet at this time is ideal for this to take place, so it's perfect timing on your part. When looking at your pattern around depression, I get the root being survival and the feeling of being alone even if you really aren't all alone. There is so much sadness around you too. It looks like you hold it all in. It's hard being able to really care for yourself when it looks like such a big job. Where do you start? Know, too, that when you're working on deep issues inside yourself, you can feel vulnerable. That piece is big, so pay attention to it. It's the part of taking care of yourself that leads to inner strength, which, in turn, leads to happiness. You feel raw and open right now, big time. Be sure to listen to what feels good for you in the moment. If you'd rather stay at home, please do. Make sure you take care of yourself in that space. Please don't just go about doing things for yourself in a routine way. Look for the depth in each situation. That will bring in the passion, and it will develop your intuition. Simply view each moment as it is presented to you, at work, at home, with friends. If it isn't what you want to be doing, or if it's not where you want to be, what would feel better? Feeling alone is a big thing for people. It's interesting when I look at you, because you are so connected to Spirit, yet I see it outside of you. Having a daily or sometimes hourly communication with the universe helps to bring Spirit inside. Make sure it rings true to your version of spirituality. In your prayer or meditation space, ask to release your sadness; ask for clarity; ask for strength, or whatever comes to mind. Your guides are there to work with you; you just have to ask. It's different knowing that Spirit exists, and it's empowering working along with Spirit. Keep it simple. If something feels off to you in daily life, stop. Look at what you can do to take care of yourself in the moment. If you don't know, ask. You're gaining lots of strength in your life right now.
